Delivering premium office space in the new centre of East Cairo

Al Futtaim Real Estate Developments appointed Gleeds to cost manage five new premium office buildings located in the Southern Business Park of Cairo City Festival.

The 66,500m² space comprises of three single-winged buildings and one double-winged office building, aiming to deliver premium grade A office space.
